I am seeking words of wisdom from you long -timers in rok about working for big english schools there. I think it is better to work for a big school because of the guaranteed pay rather than worry month-to-month about getting screwed by a small hagwon. what else? |

It really depends on the company, whether the school is corporate owned or a franchise among other things. I've had a bad experience with one of the big corporate owned chains.
My advice is when you get an offer, do research, have someone on here look over the contract and ask lots of questions about the school. That's pretty much all you can do. |

what was your bad experience? could it not have happened with a small hagwon as well? works both ways right? |
