I'd venture he's laughing all the way to the bank. A higher turnover rate means a higher income stream. The guy is running a business driven by advertiser revenue. A teacher is merely a commodity.
If the industry were an honest one, he'd be working a 9-5 job. He's found a niche, a product to sell (that would be you BTW), and a buyer. The hagwon owner continuing to screw employees over makes this the perftect self licking ice cream cone. |
