Be careful what your desires are because you may just get them.
An expression I never paid much attention to until lately. Suddenly I have everything I ever desired in abundance. What a trip.
But, I paid no heed to the "be careful" part and, as it were, it came as a package deal. Not only have all my desires landed in my lap almost overnight, but all my vices followed like a sharks hunting baitfish. So here I am with all the things I ever wanted accompanied by all the detrimental fun things I should have never fantasized about in such abundance.
Oh, I'm having a grand time here in Central America--money--success--beautiful girlfriends, travel etc. But my demon playmates, in their various forms, showed up as well and won't leave me alone. These were things I only thought I wanted in abundance; I wasn't careful enough about choosing my desires.
So now I understand exactly what that little enigmatic phrase means; I'm living it.
But, I am having the time of my life; it's just that my life may be cut a bit short unless I haul ass out of this paradise. What a dilemma!

Are you doing mountains of blow?
