I've been looking for awhile and haven't seen any place that sells one. Are they in Korea?

Also, is there any ebook reader that people would reccomend? |

				| I like the idea of the Kindle, but I'll wait for the next generation or for a generic version from another manufacturer. |

If you don't mind doing a bit of work, you can turn an Ipod Touch into a serviceable e-book reader.

Naturally, it has both pros and cons over dedicated readers. |

How can you read on that small display though.

These readers are close to normal paperback book size for a page. |

Just because the display is small doesn't mean the characters have to be. You can set the font to whatever size is comfortable to you, you'll just end up flipping pages more often. |

Same can be done with a Sony PSP with custom firmware. |

				| Other downfall i saw was the prices of the ebooks. I'm not much of a novel reader, but if you check out the prices on www.ebooks.com, they're sometimes more expensive than the real thing. |

I doubt you'll see either the Sony Reader or the Amazon Kindle in Korea. Both of them are tied to the American market, Sony because of book licensing and Amazon because the device require a cellular connection with a phone network to transfer books across.

There is, I believe, an ebook reader that's just become available in the Korean market. This article doesn't seem to give any word on price, but judging by similar devices, you're probably looking at approx $300

I think this is a rebranding of a Taiwanese model called the Starebook. If you go to this forum page, you'll see several reviews at the top.

From what I read yesterday the NUUT is discontinued.

I never even knew it had started.

It's still available

Not sure if it does Englisheee though.

Have to look into that. |
