Just looking for a place to enjoy some good fireworks and perhaps some traditional performances on New Years eve. It's for my family, so I'm not really looking for a "party" environment. Does anyone perhaps know of a place? Thanks in advance! |

I went to the coast of Korea for the first sunrise of 2003. They have resonable restaurants and 1000's of people gather on the beach to celebrate the New Year. It's really nice how the sun rises over the water. They have Bus cheap bus tours if your interested. |

The Jonggak, City Hall and Cheonggye 1ga district will be crammed full of people watching the fireworks. Wear a hat to keep soot out of your eyes from the hundreds of hand held roman candles being shot all around you. Not for the claustrophobic. |
