If this actually works its a sweet find.. Especially if they can get the documents for you.. Now I am curious as to how much it will cost..

Almost $300 and they only do Checks from ID , not fingerprints.

Not too bad i guess to have it all rolled up in one.. and fingerprints dont really matter as long as it comes back no record.

I dont think there would really be a difference, and wouldnt reflect if you did one or the other.

A records check taken from an Id only reveals information using the name and birth date on the ID. An arrest under a different name and birthdate would not be found. If Immigration will accept this kind of check fine but if the ID is fake then the results are useless. The only guaranteed acceptable check anywhere is the fingerprint check.

When I called the state of Missouri they said they could do it through
the mail if I want to wait the 4-6 weeks. The apostille can also be done
through the mail. If I want to hurry the process I can hire a runner from
a list who will get the records check in person (40 minutes) and take
it to the other place for the apostille.

If I do it early enough I can just have my mother handle the mail for me.
I haven't checked to see what I can do in Kansas.
