You may be able to get one with similar outputs by hunting around the used notebook / notebook repair shops at the son-in plaza building.
I doubt you would find anything at the I'Park mall (above yongsan station) or the terminal building.

| I bought a dell adapter there a couple weeks ago. Not much in the place right next to the station. If you go across that first long enclosed walkway down at the bottom of the building you end up in I found a guy selling them. Not many other guys down there, shouldn't be too hard to find if you know where I'm talking about. |

That would be the ground floor of the terminal building? The big blue one attached to the pedway over the rail yard? |

| Yeah, pretty sure that's the one I'm talking about. When you take the walkway from yongsan station that goes over the rails that's where you end up. |
