I will most likely be marrying my Korean girlfriend before the end of my contract and I would like to take up a job near her. So finding a new job, what all with that involve with a F2. I assume, I won't have to deal with any of the stuff the E2s are? I have no issues with a criminal check but I definitely don't want to go through the process of going home and getting everything with an apostillate on it. |

Unless something changes at immigration, you should not have to follow the same rules with your new F-2-1 status. This topic has been discussed at length in a couple of other posts, so I suggest you take a look for them. they should be in the first 4 - 5 pages of posts linked at the bottom of the page on Job related discussions. |
