What Mr. Pink said. I'll say again I'm very happy with the Dell I purchased from Dell Korea two years ago. And the local staff are quite helpful and responsive as well.

I asked because they're selling the above computer at technomart for 1,625,000 and they'll bill your card 3xs.

Not a bad deal with 512 RAM and 60 GBs...not sure about the graphics, but I don't want to play games anyway for fear of serious addicition.

I ended up getting a 1 month old compaq (11 months left on warranty) at technomart, perfect condition, new style model.

pent 4 2.0
512 MB Ram
64 MB Video Ram
30 GB hard drive
dvd/cd-r
15 inch screen sxga
bag, mouse, screen cleaner, 10 cd-rs
English XP Pro, and Microsoft Office
1,300,000

Not a bad deal at all.

Shawner could you also post a few other stats:

Like audio/video specs...what kind of audio does it have? What video card? How much video RAM? Does it have S-video out or AV out?

Just curious on all the other things, as I have a friend looking for a notebook atm.

I'll get the exact model number later. I'm at my hagwon now. It has English XP Pro, and Microsoft Office. 64 MB of Video RAM. I'mnot sure the video card. I'm sure it's nothing too great at that price.

Sorry I took so long. The model is Presario 2100. 1,300,000 with the above stats. The guy forgot to install the free anti-virus software, so I'll be going back to technomart this weekend. I'll finally be online at my pad again this weekend. Also, graphics info is a ATI Radeon with 64MB SMA. I do have to agree with some people on this model. The fan is really loud.

The name of the shop is Note World. It's located on the 7th floor of technomart. They have a lot of recent models and most of their customers are foreigners.
