A student my daughter's age ( 12 ) said " teacher, you are nothing " compared to a certain Korean pop singer who had her humming her tunes throughout my classes recently.
I thought to myself that although not a Korean pop singer I am something in my daughter eyes, as well as my parents, siblings and a few friends, some Korean.
Anyway, I guess she has never heard of Bach since I think J.S. Bach is a little more "something" than this certain Korean pop singer , who by the way I know who she is talking about and her song has about 5 significant notes, and is on TV and a lot of ring tones.
But I think J. S. Bach will endure just a little longer. And , he probably had some loving family and friends too.
