I renewed my E2 visa on Dec 14 until Feb 28th 2009, so I didn't have to provide the criminal record check. If I add a place of employment to my E2 visa will they ask for any extra documents? I'm thinking about doing a camp during the long winter vacation, but won't bother if I need a criminal record check because I won't have time to obtain it. |

i am changing employers. Getting a Letter of Release for February 6th and beginning new University March 1st. My new school said I did not need a CBC, just the regular documents as stated on the Korean Immigration site. |

I was told by Immigration that someone adding winter camp work to an E2 visa would need to provide CRC and a medical check. Your immigration officer may vary. |
