| I'm curious, how long does the program finished beep last on washing machines here? If I go out and leave it to finish by itself, well it keep beeping continuously? |

I think so. I had a washer/dryer combo and the stupid sound never stopped. The clothes never dried either, after 2 hours of drying.
I can't believe how terrible all the dryers here are. |

Mine beeps for 5 seconds and that's it. It's not even a beep. It's a short little tune. |

Yeah, mine does too. Most new ones do this, they won't leave your washing machine switched on forever. |
