I'm thinking I might travel around Korea a bit during winter break. What places would you recommend?

Gangwon-do if you like skiing... other places are pretty much the same, TBH.

Definitely Gangwon-do.

Oak Valley is really nice. Doesn't really feel like Korea when you're there but it's still nice. Pres. Bush (senior) stayed there not too long ago...

Im in Gangwon do, its boring and not much snow! Winter in korea is bleek summers not that much better to be honest!

Save your pennies and hit south east asia you get more bang for your buck, plus most people there are happy to have you around.
