| okay, i will be owed my final months pay and severence when my contract finishes at the end of the week. the school says they can't pay me due to lack of cash and will give me one months on december 10th when i return from the phillipines and one at the end of the year when i will be in england. obviously nothing about this situation pleases me. they simply claim not to have the cash. i think they may well not as its a really small school and 20 students have left in the last couple of months. i'm going to the labout board on tuesday but what really can they do. how can i go about getting my cash. my school totally acknowledges my contract and how i'm owed it but just say they dont have the money. i dont fancy going back to england while still being owed my severence. |
