| according to koreans i've spoken with, it's very common and these days women having multiple boyfriends is just as common. |

Thank you. That's exactly what I thought. I've even been working with people this past year who can't make up their minds who they want to be with. They have a guy who dumps them to run to another girl, then in a few weeks he comes back to them, etc.
Especially if you look on those cyworld pages. Usually, if a guy won't acknowldge a girlfreind on there, he's a player. Girls, too. I even worked with one girl whose Korean friend has pics of her together with her guy on the front of her cyworld page, and she was cheating on him. My coworker thought it was no big deal though. She said she told her friend it's Ok to cheat on him, 'cause you are 23 years old.  |

Having multiple 'sleeping with' friends is OK. Multiple Boy/Girl friends is not ok.
The former is so much easier than the latter. |

Hmm�aren�t there more men than women in Korea? So, how do all these guys juggle so many girls? Wouldn�t that leave a huge pool of guys with no one? |

Yes there are more men. But keep in mind that for two years a subset of the population is removed from the pool. For people in their early-mid twenties, it sort of balances it out for a while.  |

Rubbish. Just having 1 Korean girlfriend is enough to bankrupt the average man. How the hell do you support multiple girlfriends with a job selling cell phones? |

Not to mention being able to handle the mental stress of the constant nagging and whining... oh wait. I forgot about the high levels of alcoholism here in Korea |
