I love Trailer Park Boys. The plot is incidental to my enjoyment of each episode. I like their banter, how low-rent it is and how it reminded me of home with their use of red-necked slang.

It's too bad the writers forgot that.

Good thread... I like the TPB but I tink it's a one trick pony a bit if you know gat I mean.

HAHA isnt it funny Julian never spills his rum and coke. HAHA look at Ricky smoke and drink and drive. HAHA look at Lahey falling down drunk.

And whats with the guns. ? I think thts to get get the American market. Gunfights at the OK corral are not that common in Canada.

-one of my favorites is Ricky in court---he's smoking and saying "Jesus your honor I wasn't that drunk, just smokin a few joints and drinkin and the f...ckin cops stop me---same thing happens to you..."

Unfortunately, Trailer Park Boys started to suck by the 5th season. Not as funny anymore. not sure I can put my finger on the reasons why.

And the movies weren't all that good either - they were kind of like the "Reno 9-1-1" movie, which was just a mish mash of what a typical episode involves.

J-Roc pulling it in his room (Episode "Microphone Assassin" I think) when his mom and Bubs, Ricky and Julian walk in on him is hilarious! He was like, "I was getting changed, motherf*ckers!!" Bubbles then says, "He's pullin' his goalie!" Very Happy He raps about it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AozH-KvbcIQ&feature=related

TPB the movie was disappointing.

Whatever happened to the cougar who lived(and dined on head) in a pot patch?

I don't remember what episode it was in (season 6 or 7)

when Randy says......"frozen mixed vegetable c*cks"
I didn't set the scene very well...but it was funny

My favourite line is (regarding a cat):

"A dope trailer ain't no place to raise a fu*ken' kitty!"

What's with the show and names that mirror the names of celebrities...

Phil Collins, the fat bastard

or

the guy who played Trevor is named Michael Jackson

Struck me as odd.

The titles for this show are classic...My favorite title is from season 1 episode 2..."F*uck Community College, Let's Get Drunk and Eat Chicken Fingers!!!"...

Phil Collins...is that guy with the huge gut...rumor is that it's fake but looks real to me...
