| To send a letter from the U.S to Korea? My Uni sent my transcripts on Dec 27th and they haven't arrived yet. I need them from Jan 28th. When should I start to panic? |

They "should" arrive by this coming Monday at the latest.
Even with the new regualtions, unless you have my job, don't panic-up to a point you have your pick.

has your transcript arrived yet?
i had mine sent from my school on jan 8th, and i'm in the same boat. does it normally take three weeks? |

| If this helps, I mailed something ot New York City on Wedneday January 9 and it arived Tuesday January 22-so if you don't have your stuff yet, panic. |
