coffee mix is evil Twisted Evil

Is it, really, though? I think I may have been brainwashed into thinking they're bad.

- They're delicious (I'm not joking, mocha gold tastes good)
- They make making a cup of coffee soooooooo easy
- They're convenient
- They're easily portable
- They haven't shown negative effects on my health.....yet.

Convince me they're evil.... for my own good!!!

They reak havoc with my digestive system.

I'd be as well to stick a cork in it, as there is no movement for days.

Get coffee bags. The ground coffee is in a filter bag. Good coffee taste, and none of the instant crap.

Blue Mountain coffee bags are great, also bringing a flask from home is good.
Anybody like the seologcha,설록차, green tea.
Seems to be good for digestion too.

Well I just checked the calorie count on my Maxim Mocha Gold Milk coffee mix sticks and they are 55 calories per stick. That's not so bad

유자차 (yoo ja cha) is a great healthy alternative. It's an orange citrus drink.

If you're lazy, then you can pick up the coffee bags.

The maxim mix doesn't even deserve to be called coffee--chemical shit would be better.

As for me, an electric grinder, 2 cup french press, and tupperware container full of organic costa rican dark roast is what keeps me going.
