Anyone know where I can get fingerprinted in korea (without getting arrested???)

The states I saw required fingerprints. Anyone know of a state that doesn't require a fingerprint card?

Thx.

Yes. Print off the finger print card onto regular paper from the FBI website. Then take it to one of the large district police headquarters. Go to the local station in your area if you need directions. They did my prints at the district headquarters in Seodaemun Gu. I would suggest taking two cards and having it done twice.

I got my finger prints done at the Namdaemun Police Office. I basically brought in a copy of my RCMP criminal record check form and they officers did it for me. To avoid any mistakes I had them do two copies of each finger on separate forms.

I am not sure what the American criminal form requests. but I made sure to have the officer who did the actual finger prints sign and stamp both copies of the CRC request form. Better to be safe than sorry because you don't want your record check to be rejected due to a small BS technicality.

Go down to where it says "standard fingerprint form (FD-258)".

I went on my own. Showing them the fingerprint form is rather self-explanatory. Someone should be able to point you in the right direction.

Where did you get that form? Did you have to order it through mail or can we download it?
