I only know a little spanish but for what it's worth, the literal translation is something like this:
On a day like today where Cubans celebrate the day of love, never ever forget the tender [caresses?] with which we receive the city of guatemala and [holy crap there is a bunch of misspelled stuff here and my Spanish isn't good enough to figure it out]. Talk to me like this your brother (like I said, literal) if you don't come to cuba give it to me for guatamala to march to canada to exterminate the love through our union in canada. Affectionately, your chocolate baby.
So yeah, bad spelling plus bad spanish = I don't really have a clue. |

This is my first post here (at Dave's) so I hope I at least get the translation right
(I am a Spanish major in my fourth year undergrad)
On a day like today where [read as: when] Cubans celebrate the day of love never will I forget those tender caresses that we were receiving [could be read as: that we exchanged] in Guatemala City and in San Retenango. (you) Tell me how is [could be read as: how will] your brother [be] if you don't come to Cuba, (you) tell me it for from Guatemala to march to Canada to (estimartizar)* love by means of our marriage in dear Canada.
-your chocolate baby
*I believe this is a misspelled word maybe meant to be estigmatizar which means to stigmatize/to brand; also possible is estatizar which means to nationalize
The last bit doesn't make much sense to me, it's probably just the Spanish usage from the place where the person is from.
I hope this helps you. |
