If a person has been paying in for a number of years to the pension program while holding an E2 visa, then gets married and gets an F2 visa, is there any paperwork to fill out in regards to the pension? Do you have to collect the old pension money first and then start fresh on the F2 visa? |

It just continues until you file for a refund (leaving Korea on a one way ticket) or it has accumulated for 10 years (and you are vested and have to wait for retirement). |
