|
|
ok this happened before when I was using burst so I uninstalled it because no matter what I did, it never responded to the settings - the closer it got to finishing the download, the faster the upload and the slower the download.
Now I'm using Utorrent and have the settings to maximize the download speed, randomizing the port, and the file is at 95% and the upload is at 50 kbs and the download is 0.1 and varying!!!!!!!!!
is this normal - yes, I'm new at this but all the same - is it supposed to go this slow towards the end - ?
and no, there are no seeds on this file but 16 peers - there hasn't been any seeds for the entire time- donno why.
any suggestions, comments, are appreciated. |

The problem is.. there are no seeders.. so no one has the whole file. You can use every torrent program out there, but with no one having the whole file it just wont download.
ps.
all peers means is people who are also trying to get the same file. |

correct.
Also, set you upload speed at 90% of what its max rating is. This ensures max download bandwidth. |
