I am thinking about getting a new job. Why?

To see if I can get more benefits elsewhere e.g. leave after camps, more unoffical vacation time.

My current contract ends May 13th, so I think I have enough time to get the documents ready.

How long does it take to get all of the documents ready? I've already sent off for a criminal check.

Where could I store my belongings in Korea, for a short period of time e.g. 2/3 weeks.

provided you have all that is required to get a PNC (UK bill or bank statement with your name on it for the address you're applying for a police check on)

Turn around would be about 1.5 months from beginning to actually hold
your visa. Taking took the quickest routes of apply for both your visa and stamps in person in London.

1month for PNC
1 week for transctripts
->1 day for apostille in London
-> 1week to post everything to Korea.
-> 1week to get your permit number.
-> 1week for visa @ embassy.

so about 1month 3 weeks.

Well that's my guestimation at way.
The drill appears to be generally the same cept for the overhead of the police check however can add up to 2months to the entire process if one is tight and can venture to London.

For me I'm waiting for my bank statement at the moment, since i was living in Korea last year and my cousin whom i was living with prior to that has move, I had to change the address @ the bank... yada... yada... ZZZ... zzz.

*update bank statement just arrived... weeeeeeeeeeee ;D
