Siousie Sioux got Bill Grundy to Perv out during an interview with the Sex Pistols. That resulted in a lot of foul language being exchanged. This got them on the front page.
I never though her music was all that punk much more goth. |

Cindy Lauper is not punk. Her style of music would fit into the new wave catagory. She was also pretty mainstream when she got her hair dyed and buzzed off. |

i like poly styrene's voice, but i only like 1 or 2 xray specs songs...
i don't think exene cervenka has much vocal talent, but she has sung in many great songs with X so she would get my vote.
slits were great too though |
