I'm home in Canada now.

I've filed for a lump sum refund at the pension office. Last year when I did this, it was in my account in 2 weeks. It's been nearly a month now, and it still isn't in my account.

I've found the NPS website, and cannot find a number to call them that will work from overseas. Does anyone know how I can contact them to find out the status of my claim? Will I have to get someone who is in Korea, to call on my behalf (or pretend to be me)?

Can anyone tell me how to go about this?

Thanks!
