2 cups of black tea
1 banana
1 kiwi fruit
1 orange
1 apple

(I just added a kiwi fruit to the mix today. Sometimes a yogurt.)

I've completely cut out coffee from my daily routine. It's been three months since I've had a cup of coffee.

Do you make your black tea (홍차) have as much or more caffeine than coffee ?

Edit:
BTW, I have cereal and/or coffee/black-tea with milk.
Perhaps some bakery items too, and maybe a little "Goobers" peanut butter.

On a day like Saturday when I have loads of time, and perhaps no lunch, I like to toast some blueberry bagels with sliced cheese and fried egg in the middle.

Delicious or yummy^^.

Either:

*French Toast

*Spanish Omelette

*Grilled tomatoes dusted with Basil on brown bread with crushed pepper and sea salt Wink

*Scrambled egg on toast with oregano infused plum tomatoes on top of that.

*Mushroom and cheese omelette.

Glass of orange juice, cup of tea, then a small coffee. A couple of ginseng tablets and a vitamin tablet. A every couple of days an acidophilus tablet.

Sets me up great for a hard day of teaching. Coming from England we know how important a breakfast can be to kick start your metabolism in the morning. Being vege I'm unlikely to get anything substantial for lunch so this'll keep me going until the evening.

Either:

*Cheese omelette with onions, garlic, and some combination of mushrooms, peppers, carrots, broccoli

*Banana, apple, or blueberry pancakes sprinkled with crushed walnuts and 100% maple syrup

*French toast with grain bread, cinnamon, and 100% maple syrup

Orange or grapefruit juice, coffee, Vitamin C 1g, high dose multivitamin, lecithin, vitamin E, selenium, α-chromium picolinate, α-lipoic acid, Coenzyme Q10, fish oil, and usually whatever other supplements I can get my hands on. Anyone got a good source here in Korea?

It's a bit surprising to me that you do not fall asleep after eating such a large amount of food.

Same here after a cup of medium-strength coffee or a cup of strong English tea.

I usually eat nothing because I have lunch at school at 11:40. Maybe I'll pick up a sandwich or a piece of fruit on my walk to work. Anyway, my fridge is empty right now. Maybe that'll change. But I don't get up early. Just give myself enough time to shower and walk and get to work right on time. I don't have to be in until 11 am.

Smoothie: soy milk, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries, mango, banana, etc in various combinations that seem good with
flax seed
pine nuts
soy protein powder
lemon juice.

Most of the fruit is frozen except bananas, lemon is fresh.
And I have black tea. I'm trying to drink less coffee, too.
