I heard it through the grapevine that next month, due to new demand, native speakers won't need a university degree anymore.
Any truth to this?

I read somewhere that they might allow people with a 2 year degree or diploma to teach. I have also read that they might allow people on F-4 visa's to teach (for free). Don't know if any of this will actually answer your question though.
