Actually I wanna know too. I suspect Air China might be the cheapest, but it'llinvolve transfers and it also has a worrying safety record, if I recall. I looked at Xanadu's website and tickets were like 400,000 to Europe and North America.

I want to know because I'm going to get my pension refund and need to show them a copy of a one-way plane ticket out of the country. Of course I'll cancel it. |

See you need a refundable
China Eastern is dirt cheap but not refundable.
I would search on something liek kayak.com
I used SOHO travel this week to get the missus back to Bangkok on short notice and I was really happy with the service. |

I think your question should be "What's the lowest fee for refunding/canceling a ticket?" I know that Korean Air is only 30,000. Try looking at some of the Western carriers (Northwest, United, etc.). You may find a gem that charges less. |
