Hi all,
I'll be leaving my current job in October and have agreed to try to find a replacement teacher. I'm happy enough to do this as it's a kosher job as far as hagwons go.
My question is.... how far in advance should I start advertising it considering the new immigration regulations?
I've been thinking the sooner the better, but on the other hand I don't want to post too early and have it hanging in cyberspace for months like there's something wrong with it....
My boss would like to hire someone in country - don't know whether this would make any difference....
Cheers for any info or suggestions.

Early! I have been looking for two months already and I have found no one to replace me. I'm worried for my school because my flight is already booked and I have to get home, so I can't be flexible for them. I only have two months left. |
