Does shuffle-style mean it's a knock off, or is this the real thing? |

I've bought and sold more than anyone on this forum, and I'll vouch for the seller. |

steer clear of these. I bought this exact product but 1gb in yongsan same case even as the picture.
I bought it by mistake thought it was the real apple deal. it dies after about 3 hours, has no song shuffle and always restarts at the first song not where you stop it.
nothin against the seller but was a bucket of crap |

Difficult to vouch for someone using this forum to knock out fake ipods, no? Presumably bought in quantity as a means to make some cash, with no explicit disclaimer about their origin... call me an idealist, but this is not really in the spirit of things here. In any case, there are better off-brand players on Gmarket with MP4, radio etc for less. |

I wasn't vouching for the mp3 player, just the OP.
Shuffles are only available in 1Gb, so I don't think anyone would be fooled into thinking this was a "real" iPod.
Secondly, a 1Gb is $80 and this is $59 for 4Gb, so it's obviously going to be of a lower build quality.
I just don't think it's right that people make comments about someone trying to cheat you or being 'bogus' when you don't know the person or haven't done business with them.
As ALWAYS on this site caveat emptor. |

Dude, the guy is selling a Brand new 4GB IPOD Shuffle-Style 2nd generation MP3 player. We are not all ipod experts. Don't you think it looks suspicious?
Fair enough that you vouch for the seller. But he is using the "IPOD" name to sell a bogus shuffle. I've seen these bogus shuffles first hand. Compare the sellers one and a real ipod shuffle and its hard to spot the difference. Sure it would be fine if he didn't use the IPOD name. Obviously someone made this mp3 player. Why not use their name and paste a link with pics and info???
Here is my question. IF this seller does in fact have a good reputation, dont you think it would be better if he DOESNT use the IPOD name to sell a knock off shuffle?
