Does anyone know how long it takes before your pension should start under the new visa laws. My boss keeps saying its taking longer i want to know if he is just cheap. We have been here three months and had our alien card for a while and want our pensions to start. Anyone know how long this process should really take? |

It takes about 10 days after you get your ARC for the paperwork to et processed.
I think your boss is avoiding it....
Visit the pension office and FILE a complaint (but be ready to make your over due contributions when you do). If you don't, they won't process the paperwork. You will need a copy of your ARC, passport and contract when you do this.
It will make the duration of your time in your hakwon very unpleasant (cause you boss is going to get raked over the coals from the NPS AND get stung for the premiums that he hasn't been paying for the rest of his staff as well). |
