I just got some coffee from home but unfortunately it's in bean form and even more unfortunately, I don't have a coffee grinder. I tried taking it to a local coffee shop but it just wasnt gonna happen. I have a blender and the blades are close enough to the bottom that I can make small bread crumbs. Will this work? I don't want to ruin my coffee. It's good shit.

Don't rsik it - your coffee will taste funy and everything alse will too..

Also - the beans are hard and will not grind well in a normall blender made for vegetbles etc...

But a real coffee grinder...

i worked at Starbucks back in Canada...it was their policy that if anyone came in with a bag of beans, no matter from where, that we would grind it to their specifications. i'm sure the same rules apply here...it sucked working there, but i did love the free Tazo Chai Lattes...just didn't enjoy dealing with people in the morning BEFORE they had their first cup of coffee..
cheers

I may be wrong (I normally am) but i'm pretty sure that good ol' Dunkin Donuts sell cheap coffee grinders. Only a small one but it might suit your purpose. I know they definately do sell coffee plungers and thermos. Well the Dunkins I go to does anyway. They don't just have donuts.....

Thanks guys, but it's too late for my coffee. I finally said *beep* it and used my crappy blender. It work but I probably ruined the blender. It turned out to be mediocre coffee anyway. I guess it could have been the grind but I'm not getting that feeling.
