Why would you want to since it's available for sale in any western country? |

I was under the impression that it was illegal (actually I think the wording was prohibited) to send it to the states by mail (US postal rules).
(alcohol (even the stuff you drink) is considered to be a flammable / hazardous substance) for transport purposes.
If you meant importing it by other means then there is no problem but it is subject to import taxes, customs duties, state and local taxes and import permits.
By the time you get done it would not be worth your while.

Sorry...just a cursory search for you and this is the best I came up with. Yes, nothing in WV, but VA yes...maybe they'd ship interstate? The list, I'm sure, is pretty strong as all the Korean shops I know in FL, GA and WA are on the list too...

Take a road to Washington DC. Lots and lots of Korean shops up there. You have Grand Mart, Hanarum, and Lotte Mart. Fill a truck with SOju and you are good to go.
Be warned, Soju in the States is like 5 times more expensive than here. |

Svedka or Pinnacle.
The prices is right, (maybe even close to the same price as soju over in the states) and the taste is much closer to Grey Goose than to god-awful cheap vodka or soju. |

You can buy dehydrated packs of powdered soju and send them back. |

it costs GBP 4-5 in the UK. Almost double sometimes if you`re buying in a Korean restaurant. I heard it`s the same in the US, perhaps even more expensive |

I don't know too much about microbrewing but maybe its possible to make soju just like people sometimes make homebrew beer. |
