i did a search, but came up with nada in my area.

i'm in need of some dental work before i leave ROK. mostly just fillings and stuff i think.

i'm looking for someone south of the river. preferably decent english and isn't going to charge me retarded prices.

*i don't have time to go to itaewon, it's too far, unless the clinic is open weekends.

thanks everyone for the advice. i ended up going to a small clinic owned by a guy who speaks pretty good english.

the dentist's name is Yang and he's very friendly. the nurses speak a little english and are happy to help.

the best part is that i got some fillings and a gold crown at very decent prices.

I've been to Chicago Dental Hospital. It's right beside exit 6, Gangnam Station. There is a dentist there called Lauren who speaks pretty good English. Their telephone number is 02-593-0088.

The dentist there is certified (or whatever title dentists receive) in California. He's planning on moving to California in a couple of years but he's here now. Speaks English quite well.

I highly recommend Doctor Park at Il Mi Chee Gwa located at Ju An, Seok Bawi intersection.

You could be there easily by express bus from North or South Seoul the bus stops a few steps from his office.

I just went to the dentist here in the US and it was $650 for 2 small fillings (no Novocaine they were so small), a check-up, and a cleaning!

Millenium Yonsei Dental Clinic at City Hall is very good. It's not South Seoul but the dentist speaks perfect English and is US trained.
