Wow, I can't believe it, the guy actually got jail time! BUT he was drunk at the time so that means he is innocent!
My guess is he forgot to attend his trial wearing pajamas, while sitting in a wheel chair.
As for deporting the guy, where could you possibly deport him to?
How about North Korea! |

| He made her go down on him -- shouldn't charges have gone beyond molestation? That's not just putting your hand where it doesn't belong. Does anyone know what Korean law says? |

| I hate when I enter a thread expecting to be happy and be let down. I totally came in looking to be happy that someone actually got justice in a sexual assault case in Korea... and then I find out he got a "molestation" charge when it should have been battery and rape. So if I grab a random K-girl on the street, punch her face in, make her go down on me and feel her up while I'm at it, I'm only going to get a "molestation" charge? Good to know. |
