So what's the deal with the medical exam/ bloodtest for the visa? Is it after you get the visa, but before you get the alien registartion card? Or is it just within 3 months of getting the visa, but you can get the registration card anyhow.... then if you don't get it within 3 months or fail, they revoke both? I haven't really seen anything too clear for this...
My agent seems to think that I can't get a bank card until I get the exam/bloodtest. |

The medical exam is only a big deal if you have some contagious disease
that you could possibly spread to the general population. I wouldn't worry about medical conditions like high blood pressure. In that case the doctor might prescribe medication or you might be advised to change your lifestyle. You will not be deported or your visa will not be canceled.
Take the health test and don't sweat it. |
