I've noticed that at least 2/35 of my middle school students per class have grey hair. Some have a lot. I also noticed this in Taiwan, with young students too. What's up with that?

Is it:
a. stress
b. Asian hair is prone to greying early
c. Asian hair is dark so grey hairs show up easily
d. other

There's only one kid with a noticeable amount at my school, and we have 1800 students. Must be something in the water where you are.

Asians aren't prone to getting Grey hair. I know many in their 50s that don't have any. More to do w/ genetics, diet and/or stress.

A few kids in my school have substantial amounts of grey hair. At least 2 have the nickname grandfather and I noticed another yesterday. Might be stress, genetics?

Well, spliff's scientific study has certain put that misconception to rest. Hear that everybody? he knows several in their 50s who don't have any. case closed.

but seriously, I've also noticed that there are a lot of young Koreans with grey hair. I imagine it's genetics and not stress, but who knows.

I think it's genetics too. I've seen Asians in American schools with gray hairs.

Where I work, there's one girl who's 50% grey which is strange cause you'd think she'd succumb to all the insults and just dye it.

It's the early sign of Mad Cow disease. Blame US Imperialism and George Bush. The poor boy is just a victim of the ongoing occupation and rape of Korea. Against the burning desire for unification that is stoped by warmongering Bush who will kill us all with his poisoned beef.

Just as Americans continue to kill and rape and get off scot free they will feed us poisoned cow. Then they will come and take our women. This will pollute our bloodlines. We will end up with children with one Korean eye and one American eye. How can these children adapt to life in Korea.
