So I've found a job that has everything I want (perhaps a case of too good to be true). Great money, good hours, nice location. So I contacted the recruiter from Enative Korea and, being the wary, cautious person I am (having been burned by recruiters before) said I was interested in the position but wondering if they could show me that they were registered with the Labor Board and so on. So I received an email back saying this:

Hi,

Thanks for your email.

First of all, my company is not registered. I don't know what kind of problem with a recruitor you've had before. I think there's nothing problem between the teacher and the recruitor. Because, you are not contract with my conpany and we do not charge any fee from you. We just intruduce the teacher to the shool and give the teacher correct information which we got from the school to make a right decision.

You know what...I have been working in this field over 5 years but i've nerver heard about this kind of questions.

Anyway, If you are not confortable with that we are not registered, that's fine.

Thanks,

********

I've also found nothing about the company except other job postings. Now, before I cross this prospect off my list (which is a shame as it sounds like a good job!), has anyone had any experience with this recruiter? I know some of you may think I'm a fool for still considering applying for the job, but when you see the perfect job, it seems a shame to have to let it go.

Thanks for your help.

I'm sorry. Thought I was posting this on the job forum. The computer is acting up today. If someone could move this, it'd be great.
