I remember my brother had Carlin's "Class Clown" album. And I will forever remember this part:

"You know the seven words you shouldn't say on television:shit pisscockfuckmotherfuckerandtits! Those are the seven BADDDDD WORDS!"...lol

R.I.P George Carlin you shaggy haired bastard!!

I'm sure he was amazed he lived to be 71. Him and Richard Pryor, the best of the best.

There's also a thread on the current events forum. Carlin dying is an event. It's a current. I'm never sure why people put these threads on the off topic forum.

because it would get buried by windbags on the right and blowhards on the left.

or maybe it's because anyone who has a real schedule tends to avoid that forum like the plague.

on this forum, we talk about pop culture, daily events in our lives, gripe, talk about the size of *beep* on western women, rant about religion... all topical if you like george carlin.

if it's an issue of wasting bandwidth on something that's already been covered then maybe we should change the topic to something more intense and worthy of one's attention i.e. "did you find george carlin sexy?".

FYI, a current is a flow of water, wind or electricity.

I'd safely put Bill Hicks in their ranks, even if he came later and was influenced by them.
