|
|
I finished all the editing and layouts for the school newspaper I've been working on and would like to convert it to a pdf so I can send it to my friends and family back home. I keep getting an error message when I try to convert. The original file is MS Publisher 07 and I have Adobe Acrobat Professional (latest version 8.??) Anyone know if it's possible to convert it? Thanks |

You could try saving it as a .jpg (one page at a time?) or .rtf then use Acrobat to convert that. |

You should just print it and choose the acrobat distiller as your printer and it will work. If it's still not working your acrobat install might have a corrupted file - uninstall and reinstall. |

cutepdf is a free pdf printer works great.. Small footprint unlike distiller which is bloatware and is 400+ dollars. |

or you could open it in open office, which has a pdf button |
open office can't open .pub files
MSoffice 2007 comes with a pdf creator built in as well. |

I've used CutePDF for a while. It's easy to use and accurate. |

This was probably the worst possible solution. |
