I used to get mine at Fine Bank (IBK). I believe you can just show up with cash and get one.

Your local Western Union will do them up for $1.99 for each $500 money order... You can find them almost anywhere (A&P, Dominion, Moneymart, corner stores, etc etc)
*EDIT*... Unless you're in Korea... in which case probably not... lol

I got a Canadian money order done at Woori bank. They didn't know what I wanted at first. I told them the Korean. After a few minutes they understood.
KB bank should be able to do it. Do they have telephone translators? Woori bank does.

money order = 전신[은행]환

or Jeon shin hwan

I tried Woori Bank and they told me they couldn't do it unless I had an account there.

The best bet for getting a Canadian money order is the Korea Exchange Bank. They have a branch in Toronto which can honour the order.

You can go to any branch and you don't need an account there. I think it costs about 5000 won.

Don't say "money order". Say "bank check".

Any bank has them, but KEB is the easiest.

I had a problem finding one as well.

My KB branch said they couldn't do them, and the Woori Bank near my place said that they only do them in American Dollars.

KEB did it with no problem at all. They were the best!
