How true! I work with some of those poor fans that wish they would stop selling out every home game so the owners would get the message. Guess it's tough trying to be loyal and demanding at the same time. |
It's big business that save the Leafs all the time. Corporate seats take up a large part of the ACC now. It's a free bee for all those fat cats, anyway. It's not like their spending their own money. The average, working class guy can't afford to take his kids to a game anymore. Ticket prices are freakin crazy. |

| Bertuzzi to the Flames. Interesting... I wonder how much he signed for? As a die-hard Flames fan, I'm happy to see them get a little grittier... hopefully Bertuzzi can get back to his pre-supension self and put up some decent numbers this year. I think him and Iginla will compliment each other's style. Thoughts? |

I don't think Bertuzzi will ever be the player he once was. But I think this is a great pick up for the Flames. He's cheap and will put up decent points. I liked him in his short stay in Detroit. I know people hate him, but he is a really really nice guy!
Also, you guys got Cammy. Barring injury he should do much better than he did last season with LA. |

I was hoping Ottawa would have made more of a splash in the off season. I like the Habs signing Laraque. |
