wunderground.com

or put in a regional paper's ip address into google (settings on english)
The results of the google search will offer "translate this page" and that works too.

I find weather underground is always changing their data, and daily estimates are often off by a few degrees. Not to mention their "100% chance of precipitation" for upcoming days which suddenly disappears (0%).

My window. Seriously though, in my village we have a crazy woman that walks around carrying bags full of whatever. She dresses in several layers of clothes most of the time but will sport a wife beater. Anyways all the people in the village say that if you see her walking around babbling out loud that it will rain the next day. One day last week I saw her walking around yelling at the top of her lungs and it did rain the next day. Go figure.
