| The old dude checking out books said 전정 or something like jeon jeong. What do I say? There are no late fees at my library but I have returned stuff late. Its not like anyone else in this town is borrowing obscure english movies. |

The penalty for late return is that you can't take books out for an equal period.
Funny way to pass up on money, if you asks me. |
