Any hiking store for a good one and many convenience stores sell cheap disposable ones 2,000 won. If you plan to wear it in the rain every day you are crazy though as you will die of heat exhaustion. You will be as wet inside your poncho as you are outside. It is better just to buy a really big umbrella for the rainy season. |
