ever tried some really strong coffee??

otherwise, the word for laxative is 변비약 = byon-bi-yuck.

so you could say:

변비약 있나요? - byonbiyuck e-na-yo? (do you have any laxatives?)
변비약 좀 주세요 - byonbiyuck jom ju-se-yo. (please give me some laxatives)

don't be embarrased to say it. apparently many girls use it....

All the best!

Try making raemon and add like 7 hot peppers to it. Make it insanely, unbearably hot. That'll make you *beep* your brains out.

Are you looking for a stimulant or a bulk laxative?

Go in to a chemist and ask for Magcoral. It cost about 9000 won
and is a drink that takes about 6-8 hours to take effect.
It's much better than exlax and my doctor uses it to detox every few months.
Be warned though stay near a toilet and best do it at the weekend when you don't have any plans made.
You will feel much better after it though as it is like a form of colonics without all the disgusting bits.

There are a few Ashana (sp?) Yoga positions you can learn that will help you pass it out. Nothing overly exerting and it won't make you any less of a man.

The easiest one just involves curling up on the floor on your back and rocking back and forth with your hands on your kneecaps.

Just a suggestion. I figured an alternative to "drinking the yogurt crap the kids drink" or "going to a pharmacy and saying 'something something poo something something gross' in Korean" would be nice.

This is called the 'rock and roll', and does wonders for loosing up your spine too, like giving yourself a massage. Feels great.

I've always found the beer here is very much like a laxative.

In fact, they even have a laxative beer, so there's no need for you to clean up sigmund. Just change your brand of beer to the high-fibre one.

Thanks. This is what i am after. I don't know about the intricacies of lax's so anything that will make me sit on the loo for a while to clean out my system is what I am after.

Cheers
