My fiance and I are heading to the Philippines for 10 days in mid-August to do some diving. Our plans have been to go to Puerto Galera and Sabang, but after reading some of the comments here, it sounds like it might be a bit sleazy.
So, I'd like some advice, from those who have been to the Philippines, about some good places to dive, especially during the rainy season. |
