Nope. I would say that Canada ranked last simply because of a few people like yourself who thought it was a great time to team up on the Canadians, as most posts do not say much about the Canadians in Korea.
Personally, I find most foreigners in Korea to be somewhat friendly. North Americans seem quite relaxed about meeting knew people. The Brits might not be so at first, but that's just their style. Canadians can be a bit opiniated but that doesn't men that they are unfriendly.
Anyway, the poll is rather stupid. But if Americans want to use it to get some sort of leg up on Canadians, then I'll remind you of some polls in the U.S.. What was it...67% of American believed Saddam was involved in 9/11. I'd rather be known as unfriendly than to be known as ignorant.
"That supernick Canadian is really unfriendly." is betther than "What an ignorant American that oskinny is." It must be true because of the polls.
No insult intended. |

| I have to say out of all the groups, Canadians were the most difficult to get along with. Some were really friendly, but some were amazingly pompous and pedantic. Some put down USA to the point where it was uncomfortable to be around them (I never heard the USA people put down Canada). And some were loud and offensive and overbearingly negative. |

I'm canadian and I found that, on average, I got along the least with americans when I was in Korea. I think it was just a chemistry thing, more like they didn't like me. ...Anyway, it's weird because whenever I actually go to the states, I make friends. Maybe it was just the american expats I met. Who knows? |

| Do Canadians represent the largest percentage of foreigners here? If so it might explain why they get an unfriendly rep. More people = more a$$holes. Some of the Canadians I've met some who really like telling me what's wrong with America though (I'm a 'merican). I wouldn't say that's unfriendly, just obnoxious. |

Forget hockey. American bashing is the Canadian national pastime. |
