Watching now a match with a Chinese and Korean guy. The Korean guy screams like a retarded ninja everytime something happens in the match. At one point he gets a point runs off the track screaming, fist pumps and flexes.
Makes me sick. Olympics should be respectful and professional. Cheer when you win. Not every moment. Anyone else catch this? |

Yes, I'm watching it now. He's definitely an obnoxious *beep*. The Chinese fencer doesn't seem very good. Hopefully the Korean guy will run into someone a bit tougher in the next round. |

Every fencer does that over-the-top crap. I agree that it is obnoxious and unsportsmanlike, but lets not single out the Korean for something most fencers do. |

Just because other people do obnoxious things, it doesn't make it right for Koreans to do it, too! |

You saw the womens fencing final, right? The winner sounded like a hyena after every point won. ...And it was an American vs another American, mind you. |

Why not hope that the Koreans do well? I'm certainly hoping they perform along with the British. Of course, in any event, you will get this sort of behaviour, it's certainly not unique to the Koreans. It's a lame excuse for a thread too. Tools. |

All I have seen so far are the repeats of Park winning gold in the swimming event. It's about to come on again!! |

Re-runs go on for months here...be prepared.
And yeah I saw the He-man screams and muscle-flexing after every point as well. Its not illegal...but it must distract the opponent to some degree, surely. |

The same goes for every other country, if you're so fed up with them showing it so many times...find another source to watch the olympics. |

I seriously doubt this - not in this case. Why don't you wish them well? |

Maybe I wanted to see the swimming events that came after his victory instead of just watching the same race over and over. Some races were not shown because of this. |

We're in Korea. The coverage here is targeted towards Koreans. I'm guessing Koreans would rather watch repeats of Park winning gold. |
