Does anyone know any specific vendors in Yongsan or wherever (I'm in bundang) that will fix Xbox 360's?

I have a USA version that has been modded and right now it is worthless. I did not get the Red Ring of Death it just freezes for no reason on both legit and pirate games. For example my pirate GTA4 would play for about 5 minutes tops before it locks up without an error message and my legit store bought Halo 3 gives me a message that the disc is dirty and it won't load anything but the menu screen. Disc isn't dirty. Tried this on many discs and nothing seems fully functional.

Movies play (I tried one and skipped around chapters for 2 minutes but didn't watch the whole thing) but a burned music CD immediately froze the dashboard. I have no errors, no overheating - this all happens within a few minutes of turning on.

Obviously I can't send it to Microsoft....

So does anyone know anyone who fixes stuff like this? Reliable and able to speak English enough that I could explain the problem if I brought it in? I'm at an impasse here... this thing is pretty new and pretty worthless and it sucks that I've bought about a dozen games and played less than half of them.
